Ordering info :

Comment with your valid email address and item(s) you wish to purchase only if you are 100% sure of purchasing item and able to make payment within 24 hours.
Kindly check your email inbox regularly after leaving comments.
Once confirmation email / invoice is sent , it means that we have reserved a piece for you for 24 hours only.
Please kindly have the courtesy to inform us if u wish to back out anytime.
Comments with regards to clarification of doubts shall not be considered as CONFIRMATION.
For smoother transactions , do not proceed with transfer before receiving our invoices. Payment only to be made within 24 hours after receiving our invoices.

Delivery :

Normal mail or Registered mail only. Strictly No meets ups.
Pls kindly refer to www.singpost.com.sg for postage charges.

Normal postage charges -
$1.20-$1.50 per top
$2-$2.50 per dress ( postage charges fluctuates according to weight of parcel )

Registered postage charges – Topup additional $2.25 .

Exchange policy:

Exchanges can only be done if item is found to be faulty. We do check through all pieces before mailing them out. Exchanges can be done for similiar item only. This is to ensure that NO ONE ABUSES OUR EXCHANGE POLICY.

In the case when the item is Out of Stock , we will do exchange with another item of similar price or above only. Top up is required if exchange with item of higher pricing. In the case if you do exchanges for item below the price , we will not refund the excess. Exchanges will be done via mail. Please mail back the item to us and we will mail the new item back via normal mail to you. Postage charges will be beared by PrettyHaute.

Refunding Policy:

All good sold are NON-REFUNDABLE. Only exchanges will be done.
